Let me tell you a little about CrystalClean, it is a family owned and operated business.
My fiancé, myself (Crystal) are the owners of this amazing business and our 2 children work for us as well.
Now I know most of you are skeptical already but our references and our quality of work would simply WOW you. That’s how one client described us, she was speechless, so please don’t let the family business part scare you, it makes our quality of work better, as well as helps us understand what the typical family needs for housecleaning or business needs and ect.. with over 10 years of cleaning, painting and handyman experience, you can go wrong with hiring us.
We know (first hand) how life can be and it’s hard to find time for family, freinds even for ourselves. We started this business to help others free up some time in their lives, for more important things. Let us worry about the house or the rental property or whatever the space you may need help with.

What is our Professional Cleaning Process?
CrystalClean receives many calls and emails asking us : “What is your professional cleaning process?”So to make it easier for those who would like to know the answer, we have decided to make a section on our website, to help answer this question: Remember your hiring us and can clean the areas just as you would like. Our process is: We first clear rooms of cobwebs, dust surfaces, wipe and sanitize countertops, basins, mirrors, tub and surrounding areas. Residential Detail cleaning (we also do most of these listed in the description for rental properties), this includes: We dust every surface that juts out, clean tile and inside/outside of showers (including the door), sanitize inside/outside toilets, vacume and mop floors. In every roroom we will dust hanging picture frames/decor, furniture items sitting on furniture, then we will finish with vacuuming thoroughly. *Living room: we take care of all that is mentioned above in process of cleaning as well as moving light furniture and vacuuming furnitureoff. * laundry room: wipe down outside of the appliances (washer/dryer), wipe appliances (washer/dryer), wipe down countertop/surfaces, and vacume then mop floor.*dining room: dust light fixtures, decor and baseboards. Wipe down countertops, table and chairs. Finish with vacuuming and mopping.*kitchen: this is where the heart of the home is and we give it special treatment to this part of the house. We do everything mentioned in our above cleaning process description as well as wipe down table and chairs, sinks, faucets, outside of stove the fridge and dishwasher. Wipe down small appliances (toaster, coffee maker ect...), wipe down stove top, dust cabinets and spot wash them as well. Dust all trim and then we vacume and mop.

Cleaning Rental Properties
Our cleaning process is like the description above and we will askhow you need it done so it up to not only your standards but as well as to pass the inspection before a tenant moves in. We will prepare a special cleaning contract with you that we will follow very strictly for you.
We have experience cleaning apartment complexes, and rental properties, which can be completely different than your typical house cleaning. Some of the types of cleanings we offer when it comes to rental properties are: move-out and move-in cleanings, eviction cleanings and removal of the tenants belongings if left behind. We know that each rental property have different guidelines/different types of inspections before a tenant can move in, so far we have helped owners pass each and every inspection. We do have references who you can contact who are owners or managers of the apartment complexes we have contracts with. Now, we at CrystalClean, know all to well how tough of a job this can be as well as how unpleasant it can be as well. We use different cleaning supplies for this type of cleaning and even sometimes throw them away. We do this to protect other clients and ourselves. Even though we know how difficult some of these rental cleanings can be, THIS doesn’t scare us, we will get your rental place sparkling clean, looking brand new and ready for the next tenant.
Painting Residential/ Rental Properties

CrystalClean has been one of the most trusted names in the industry. Hire us for this service we do have a price chart for apartments and homes as well as we are willing to create a painting contract with you if it’s more affordable that way. WE WONT ever over-charge you!
• We only paint indoors, we don’t have the equipment yet to do outside painting. • We do walls, ceilings, detail work, stencil painting ect.. we are very talented. We hope to be able to service your painting needs in the future!
Handy Man Services
Attention to Detail
We offer a “handy man service” to help you with projects around the house that you are unable to do, for whatever reason. Our handy man has over 10 years of experience in the maintenance area for apartment complexes. He also has been in the construction business, he has done flooring and roofing as well (over 8 years of experience in here areas).He has general knowledge and experience fixing and replacing things around a home. Some examples of what our Handy Man is able to do are: patching holes, painting, small landscaping jobs, fixing garbage disposals, venting for dryers ect..
You can count on CrystalClean to not only meet your needs, but to also go above and beyond. Remember your the client and you deserve the best. Our Rates N Our Hours
We are flexible with our hours and days. We don’t work on holidays but we do offer day or night cleaning and weekends as well! Our rates are not definite that we are posting, but gives you an idea of what to expect!
HOURS: Monday- Fri: 9:30 am- ? Weekend: 10am-? RATES : Depends on what the client needs or wants, our rates are different between the different cleans we offer. Our Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning and our Move-In/Move-Our rates are different for each other due to the more or less services you would need for each service. Our rates are also based on the type of cleaning products we use: we offer economically safe products and products that are not only safe for humans but for animals as well. ($10)
