CrystalClean has many different services to offer as well as different methods/process’s of cleaning depending on what your needs are. We decided to give you a brief description of our cleaning process which has the basic’s different types of cleaning services. •Detail Residential Detail Cleaning: ***description for rental properties this includes: We dust every surface that juts out, clean tile and inside/outside of showers (including the door), sanitize inside/outside toilets, vacuum and mop floors.
•In every room we will dust hanging picture frames/decor, furniture items sitting on furniture, then we will finish with vacuuming thoroughly. •Living room: we take care of all that is mentioned above in process of cleaning as well as moving light furniture and vacuuming furniture off.
•laundry room: wipe down outside of the appliances (washer/dryer), vacuum n wash the floors.
•kitchen: this is where the heart of the home is and we take extra special care of this area. The process is dusting all light fixtures and wallhangings, dust the cabinets, sanitizing the counters and sink, wipe down the appliances on the outside (sanitizing) this will be the stove, fridge , dishwasher and small appliances. Vacuum N mop the floor.
•bathroom:dust all light fixtures and wall hangings, wipe down the tub and sanitize, sanitize countertops and sinks, toilets (as well as wipe down the outside), vacuum and wipe down the floor.
*** we do offer extras that we can include into your cleaning plan that will change the price but it all depends what you are in need of.

We will eventually offer painting outdoors and commercial! Prices very we go by square feet and it depends on how many closets there are as well.We clean up after ourselves, we use drop cloths and will not leave paint on trim or any other unwanted places.
